Working with Your Existing Accounting Software

In order to serve our customers, Service Skeds has established the ability to import data from Sage Simply Accounting or QuickBooks. This allows for your existing data to be accessed using Service Skeds instead of switching between an old software and a new software. Also, customers can export their data in Service Skeds to csv files for their convenience.

Streamline Your Accounting Process

Service Skeds has integrated with QuickBooks to ease communication between dispatch, technicians, accounting and the owners of a business. Service Skeds syncs with QuickBooks for estimates, invoices, receiving payment, and creating orders. Technicians in the field can create estimates for work to be performed on the mobile application (either Android or iPhone) and it is copied to QuickBooks at the office. When the time comes for that work to be performed, technicians can open the estimate and turn it into an invoice. The app allows for technicians to edit the invoice to reflect any changes in the work to be performed or any unforeseen circumstances that change the work to be performed. Technicians can accept payment in the field and can even send an email to the customer with the invoice if requested. By controlling estimates and invoices from the field, technicians are billing for work they have actually performed and there is no double entry of data back in the office.

Digital Pricebook

Service Skeds has price book features that can digitize your price book, help you create a price book, or that will work with Callahan Roach price books. If you have flat rate or time + materials pricing, Service Skeds has an easy method of inputting your price book so that your technicians have the same pricing that you do. If you change your pricing, everyone in the company has the same version of the pricing. If you currently use Callahan Roach, the price book can be imported into Service Skeds, eliminating the need for physical copies of your pricing. The Service Skeds price book functions also include the ability to apply discounts or coupons to invoices.
